The body of our Sheet Pan is manufactured in the USA from imported commercial grade 3004 Aluminum to minimize weight and optimize heat conduction. This means cookies, biscuits, and more stop baking as soon as they emerge golden brown from the oven—your best protection against scorched and blackened bottoms. Unlike other cheaply made Sheet Pans, ours features a fully enclosed and rolled rim to act as a levee against juices escaping, to prevent warping, and to make cleanup easier.
