Eric Wareheim x Made In Steak Knives

Comedian, winemaker, author, and self-proclaimed steak house expert Eric Wareheim (yes, the same man who once tried bringing his own stemware to restaurants) lends his exacting eye to this Limited Edition Steak Knife set. In celebration of his new book Steak House (a nationwide tour of America’s best steakhouses), we partnered with Eric to design knives worthy of the best vinyl booth.
These knives are forged in Thiers, France, from a single rod of stainless steel (full tang) for flawless balance and strength. Their straight-edge blade and curved tip echo the classic non‑serrated style you’ll find in French bistros, so you can slice steaks cleanly, preserving flavor and texture. The white acetate mother of pearl handles, secured with polished stainless rivets, provide a touch of vintage flair and balance in the hand.
