Same-Day Dispatch
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) on Monday through Friday are dispatched on the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PT or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays). Same-day dispatch applies only to orders that meet the cutoff time above.
Delivery Time
After dispatch, delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days within the contiguous United States.
